SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO
Physical items - All physical item will be shipped within the dispatch time discuss with the buyer before the transactions takes place. All items will be shipped with Next day delivery to the UK and Express delivery worldwide. Customers can choose shipping depending on there preferred courier. Shipping rates vary per item. No discount can be provided on multiple item orders.
Digital Files - All digital files will be emailed to the buyer within 24 hours of purchase. However the majority of files will be delivery with 1-2 hours.
Returns
Physical Items - Physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. As long as the item was a custom order. No refund will be given on orders outside of the 14 day delivery window. Buyer will pay return shipping.
Digital Files - Due to the nature of digital files, no refund can or will be given for any order including a digital file.
